Both the Workspace Management Portal and PhotoCircle for Web are located at https://accounts.photocircleapp.com/. All workspace users, including admins and non-admins, can access their circles from this web app. Admins have the additional ability to manage their workspace from the portal.
Your workspace's users and circles are organized into a Group Hierarchy. At the top of the hierarchy is the root group. You can create child groups under any group, nesting them multiple levels deep as needed.
Each user is placed into a single group. That user is scoped to that group and any child groups underneath the assigned groups. The user can see and join any circle located within their group or any child group. The user cannot see into any group above their group nor inside any sibling groups.
For example, let’s say your workspace has the following Group Hierarchy
If a user is located in East, then she can view all circles within East, New York, and Boston. She cannot view any circles located in the Workspace Root Group, nor can she see anything in South, West, or their child groups.
If another user is located in New York, he can only view circles in New York. He cannot view Boston or any other Group.
