PhotoCircle Premium seat is required for anyone who works for or represents your organization and uses PhotoCircle in any way. This includes both viewing and adding media. A paid seat is not limited to web or admin console access—it applies to all platform use. Any media uploaded by team members with a seat is owned by your organization's Workspace, ensuring that nothing is lost in case of turnover.

To invite your team members , sign in to the Admin Console, and navigate to the Users section. Click 'Invite User' to add a new user to your workspace. Enter the user's email address and make sure to assign the user to a Group to define their visibility and access rights.

The number of seats you've purchased v. the number currently used is displayed in the pop up. If all seats are currently occupied by other user accounts, you will be charged a prorated amount for an additional seat based on your selected plan and billing frequency.

After your team members have accepted their invites, you can also assign admin abilities to others if desired.

To invite external users (i.e. customers, volunteers, etc.) to a Circle, you can share a Join Link, QR code, or in app invitation with them. Please refer to this FAQ for more information.
