Roles & Permissions

Those in your workspace have either the role of Moderator or Contributor. The creator of a workspace’s circle and workspace admins automatically have the role of Moderator. Those in your workspace who join workspace circles, who are not admins, have the role of Contributor. The circle’s Moderators can remove members, media, and comments. They also have the ability to update the Circle’s Title and Internal ID.

Those outside your workspace have the role type of Guest. This role is typically reserved for your customers.

The permissions for each role can be customized by your organization’s Workspace owner. To adjust the Roles and Permissions for your PhotoCircle workspace please use the steps below.

How to Customize Your Workspace’s Roles and Permissions:

  1. Log into the Admin Portal: Please note that only your designated Workspace Owner will be able to do this.
  2. Navigate to the Settings Page: Once logged in, navigate to the settings page in the top right corner.
  3. Adjust permissions as needed: Once complete please tap update to save (screenshot below).

Custom Branding

We understand the importance of maintaining your organization's identity. That's why we offer the flexibility to apply your branding effortlessly to your Circles. Your brand's logo and colors can be seamlessly integrated into your Circles by your organization’s Workspace owner.

How to Apply Your Branding:

  1. Log into the Admin Portal: Please note that only your designated Workspace Owner will be able to do this.
  2. Navigate to the Settings Page: Once logged in, navigate to the settings page in the top right corner.
  3. Drag and drop your logo: This input requires a transparent PNG with a height of 120px and width from 120px to 400px. Please note that tapping on your logo can open your company webpage if desired. If so, please specify under “Action URL on Logo Tap”
