A workspace admin will need to send you a workspace invitation from the Workspace Admin Console. When you receive this email, tap the link to set up your account. Be aware that this link is not the same as a Join Link for joining circles. After doing so, you can sign in within the PhotoCircle app on iOS & Android and PhotoCircle for Web.
The Sign In screen has multiple options for authenticating your account. These include signing in with Email/Password, Microsoft, Google, and Apple (note that Facebook is deprecated and will eventually be removed). Depending on your workspace’s settings, you may be required to use Microsoft or Google to sign in. If you attempt to use another path, you will be prompted to use the required authentication provider.
There are three ways to join an existing circle.
Ask a member of the circle to send you a Join Link. Tap the link, and you’ll be joined to the circle.
These QR codes are the Join Link in black & white dot form. If you’re physically together with a member of a circle, they can tap the Invite link to show the Join Code, which you can scan with your phone’s camera.
If you have been added to a group with your workspace, you can tap the + button on the main screen and select Join Group Circle. All the circles in your group hierarchy will be available to join via this list.
Tap the + button on the main screen and select Create Circle. You’ll be prompted to enter a Title, an Internal Identifier seen only by users in your workspace (e.g., fellow employees), and a group for which the circle to reside.
Tap the Add Photo & Video button inside the circle to contribute photos and videos. On iOS, make sure to provide full permissions to the photo picker. Otherwise, you’ll need to go through a two-step process of 1) choosing which photos in your photo library can be seen by the photo picker; and 2) selecting those photos to be added to your circles.
Tap the Invite button inside the circle to invite others into the circle. You can either send them a Join Link (via email, SMS, etc.) or allow them to scan the Join Code (QR Code) if they are physically with you.
